Sip Coffee & Beer House

Back when we were still just a dirt lot at 827 E Tonto a gentlemen met with me at our yard talking about a concept he had for a Coffee/Beer place. He selected some ponderosa slabs for tables he was going to make and a really cool reclaimed paneled door for a sliding barn door. Not long after he had one of the coolest hotspots in Scottsdale. Since then, they have expanded and added another location and have become a destination spot and trendsetter in the industry.
