Okra Cookhouse & Cocktails Live Edge Bar Top

Live edge bar tops add a sense of organic warmth like nothing else. This particular top is sycamore and certainly makes a bold and stylish statement in this space. We built the top using some of our live edge sycamore slabs and reclaimed American beech lumber. It looks like it’s one solid slab. The laminations allow us to create such a long slab and keep it stable. There are lots of steel supports underneath to allow this bar to reach out to the guests.
