Box Track Bi-Part Tobacco Barn Wood Sliding Doors

Here is a bipart door set we built and created custom box track hardware for. It’s a ball bearing system we integrated into the door frame. The hardware was given a beautiful rusty patina to match the door. We used this style of hardware to compensate for the low clearance of the room. The doors were made from steel tube frame and we used our tobacco barn wood that we surfaced to 50% and sanded/lacquered to create the fascia. Beautiful looking doors that really make a statement. The hardware allows the doors to move smoothly and efficiently on industrial ball bearings tucked up neatly in the box track. Very cool design. Very cool door!
