50/50 Speckled Black Wood Wall Covering

What is 50/50 you ask?  It’s the way we’re labeling lumber that is 50% smooth & 50% rough.

This wood wall installed was done with our Reclaimed Speckled Black.  For preparation, we resawed, straight lined, & sanded the materials 50% smooth.  After milling the materials, we applied a flat lacquer to protect the wood that brings out the natural tones of the lumber.

The final product turned out great and looks awesome with the decor in the room.
